We’ll begin with a grounding, trauma-informed yoga practice to create safety and presence, followed by a relaxed lunch from Barry’s Bagels and a mindful 2.5-mile hike along the Scout Trail—inviting reflection, embodiment, and connection with the natural world. The afternoon unfolds with a heart-opening tea ceremony to foster connection and intention, then transitions into a deeply restful restorative yoga practice paired with an immersive sound bath. The day will close with a gentle closing circle, offering space for integration and reflection. Come as you are—leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.This retreat is ideal for anyone seeking to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience therapeutic movement and mindfulness in a supportive, intentional community… but close to home.
