Playfight is an invitation to explore your edges. Through physical, non-verbal, and deeply authentic interactions, you’ll discover the power of balancing strength and vulnerability, kindness and boldness. This is not just movement – it’s a journey into self-awareness, emotional depth, and relational growth.
Guided by Alby, these circles are crafted to feel both safe and alive – a space where you can shed the masks of daily life and reconnect with your authentic self. Whether you’re a mover, a dancer, a martial artist, or simply someone curious about self-development, Playfight will challenge and inspire you.
You’ll leave each session with new insights about yourself, fresh energy in your body, and a heart full of connection.
**NEW FORMAT FOR SPRING 2025!**
To create more depth and flow in our sessions, Playfight Aarhus now offers two different formats, alternating every other Monday:
🌀 *Intro & Playfight (Once a month – Open for all)*
15:00–16:15: Introduction for newcomers
16:30–18:30: Open Playfight Circle (experienced participants – that would be you now! – join)
🔥 *Theme & Playfight (Once a month – Experienced participants only)*
15:30–18:30: Playfight with a unique theme (no intro, open only for those with prior Matteo Tangi Playfight experience)
This structure allows those returning to deepen their practice without repeating the intro every time while keeping space for new participants to join and feel fully welcomed.

📍 Where: Turkis, Vester Allé 15, 8000 Aarhus
💰 Price: 85 DKK for new participants (on intro days) and for everyone on theme days. 65 DKK for experienced participants joining from 16:30–18:30 on intro days.
(Volunteers of Turkis join for free upon registration, intro required to participate on theme days)

MEET PLAYFIGHT
Playfight (the Matteo Tangi Lineage) is a practice rooted in cultivating presence and authentic connection. Participants engage in physical, playful, non-verbal interactions that encourage vulnerability, emotional exploration, and relational insights.
It is a lineage focusing on awakening self-awareness and deepening connections with oneself and others. Follow @playfight_official for more or visit www.playfight.org
MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:
I'm Alberte (known in the Aarhus embodiment community as Alby), an explorer of humans in interaction with other humans. I'm a lover of intentional, relational spaces, of movement, stillness and silence, voices and roars. I'm a certified psychotherapist, a meditator, and a Playfight Facilitator under the Matteo Tangi Lineage. In my facilitation I emphasize equality, empowerment, intimacy and creating emotionally and physically challenging but safe spaces for participants.
I intentionally design Playfight sessions to invite vulnerability, emotional discomfort, and genuine self-awareness, allowing participants to connect authentically.
My approach blends silliness, depth, strength, and a focus on relational growth and self-discovery.
I’ve been hosting Playfight events since February 2024 and am finding deep meaning in designing and facilitating them – and growing with them.
