🌱 Seeds of Possibility | Solstice Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony // Going Forth with Active Hope
🌱 SEEDS OF POSSIBILITY
Winter Solstice Ecstatic Dance, Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony
A seasonal journey of contemporary rituals inspired by Joanna Macy's Work That Reconnects.
Through ecstatic dance, breathwork, cacao, meditation, storytelling, and shared reflection, we cultivate a deeper sense of belonging to ourselves, each other, and the living world.
These ceremonies are contemporary secular rituals designed to help us remember that we belong—to ourselves, each other, and the living world.
🌱 Seeds of Possibility
The darkest night holds the brightest seed.
As we enter the longest night of the year, we gather not to escape the darkness, but to meet it with presence, courage, and hope.
Winter invites us to slow down, reflect, and trust that new life often begins beneath the surface, long before it can be seen.
This final ceremony of The Spiral of Belonging is an invitation to honour both the dreams we carry and the ways we are already participating in creating the world we long for.
As we step into the new year, we carry those dreams with us—not only as intentions, but as a quiet commitment to keep showing up for ourselves, our communities, and the living world.
With every breath and every step, we celebrate our commitment to life.

💛 If your heart says yes but your finances say no, I'd love to hear from you. Together we'll find a solution that feels fair for both of us. I'd much rather have you in the room than have finances keep you away.
💛 A Small Note
Over the past few years these ceremonies have continued to grow in depth, care, and the time they require to create. To keep offering this work in a way that is sustainable—for myself, my family, and this growing community—I have adjusted the ticket prices for this season.
Thank you for making this work possible <3
