✨ Cacao Ceremony & Live Art: We begin the evening with a grounding cacao circle from @abundant_glow_wellness to set intentions and connect as a group. Throughout the night, live artists will create art in real-time, capturing the room's energy on canvas.
✨ Movement Workshop with Nathan Gonzalez: Drop out of the busy mind and into your body. Nathan Gonzalez guides us through a dedicated warm-up to build somatic awareness, prepare the physical vessel, and establish dynamic flow.
✨ Ecstatic Dance with Luminary Gardens: Step onto the floor for an organic, electronic journey. Shifting seamlessly from deep tribal grooves to high-energy bass, this set is curated to inspire free, uninhibited movement.
✨ Flute Journey Soundbath by Samuel Pollack: Transition from the dance into a deep flute journey with handmade indigenous flutes. Samuel Pollack (Temple of the Wind) weaves a live soundscape of ancestral woodwinds and intuitive melodies to ease the nervous system into quiet integration.
