This New Year's Eve Reset Retreat provides a safe space for us to be ourselves and embrace how we feel; while learning the art of self-acceptance through self-care.
Join us for a sacred evening of immersive self-care and profound relaxation. The retreat will feature a fusion of Somatic & Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Celestial Communication, and Pranayama.
We will journey into the New Year with a sacred sound healing and gong bath, followed by Yoga Nidra.
This retreat includes light refreshments and snacks.
Please be advised that this event is entirely alcohol-free & plant-based, in line with traditional Buddhist & Yogic Principles.
No previous experience is required.

Yoga mat (Spares are available)
Cushion/pillow Blanket
