Curious about pole fitness? This beginner-friendly taster class is the perfect way to dip your toes in and see what it’s all about. No experience, strength, or flexibility needed , just come along and give it a go!
👚 What to Wear
Shorts ideal (skin grip helps), but leggings are fine for tasters
Avoid lotions/oils on the day
Bring water and a smile!
The taster class has an early-bird price of £6 per person until the 1st of January. After this date, it will return to the standard taster price of £10.
