You’re invited to gather in celebration of the Summer Solstice — the longest, brightest day of the year, and a powerful moment to honour growth, expansion, and the fullness of life.This is a relaxed, heart-led evening of connection, nourishment, and presence. Come as you are, or dress in whatever feels like your summer magic — flowy, earthy, barefoot, flower crowns, or simply comfortable and grounded.
🌿 What to expect:
We’ll begin with a gentle welcome circle and an intention-setting station to help you arrive and reflect on what you’re calling in for this season.
From there, we’ll move into a guided Summer Solstice breathwork practice to support grounding, release, and opening into the energy of expansion and light.
Then the evening will unfold into spacious connection time:
✨ Potluck-style sharing (bring a dish if you feel called)
✨ Time to mingle and connect in the garden
✨ Soft music + relaxed atmosphere
✨ Optional quiet space for journaling or reflection
As the sun begins to set, we’ll close with a simple collective gratitude moment to honour the light, the season, and each other.

• A blanket or lawn chair
• Water bottle
• Anything that helps you feel comfortable outdoors
• Your open heart 🌞
I’ll have plates, cups, and a simple drink available, plus a gentle intention-setting space for the solstice energy.
This is not a structured class — it’s a gathering. A chance to slow down, share food, meet like-hearted people, and soak in the magic of summer together.
