Throughout the class, Sara will guide students through four variations of Sun Salutations, encouraging you to modify poses and rest whenever needed. This mindful practice invites you to begin 2026 with clarity, intention, and an open heart.

The number 108 holds deep significance in yoga and meditation traditions — symbolizing wholeness, spiritual connection, and cycles of renewal. Moving through 108 salutations is an opportunity to cross new thresholds—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
While this class will be invigorating and challenging, gentler options will be offered throughout. We’ll close our practice with a deep lunar relaxation, including pranayama, meditation, and savasana, to restore balance and peace.
