Our one day retreat this month will focus on the power of the full moon 🌕Come and join us for a day of exploring the depths of who we are and the fullness of our potential.
When the moon is full, she meets all of herself. The invitation of the full moon is also an opportunity for us to meet all of ourselves. The light and the dark. The negative and the positive.
The moon speaks to our intuition, deep within us and we can use the full moon to bring to light the corners of ourselves that we have been hiding. It is only through awareness that we can bring acceptance of ourselves.
Look forward to a day of honouring the moon through soothing moon salutations, pranayama, yin yoga, and meditations.
The day will include:
♡ 2 x yoga sessions
♡ 2 or more x meditations
♡ Journaling and time for reflection
♡ Working with oracle cards
