As the evenings grow cooler and the woods grow darker, Price Park transforms into a whole new world. Join naturalist Dennis Krusac for this special family night costume hike where owls call from the treetops, bats swoop through the twilight, and autumn trails glow with the magic of the season.
Experience Dennis’ famous owl calls (sometimes answered by the real thing!), hear bats with specialized detectors, and enjoy the crisp October night in the beauty of Price Park. Every hike reveals something new — from fascinating insects to nighttime plants that only come alive after sundown.
