Step into a rare and deeply immersive sound healing ceremony.A Gong Puja is an extended ceremonial sound bath lasting eight continuous hours, designed to support the body through multiple natural sleep cycles while surrounded by the healing resonance of gongs played throughout the night.
Unlike a traditional sound bath, this experience allows the nervous system the time it truly needs to unwind, moving beyond simple relaxation into deeper states of restoration, release, and renewal. As the mind drifts between waking and sleep, sound vibrations gently guide the body out of tension patterns and into profound rest.
An hour-long session can be relaxing.
An overnight Gong Puja can be transformational.
Participants rest comfortably in a lying-down position for the duration of the ceremony, creating space for deep healing, vivid dreaming, insight, and energetic reset.
🌿 What to Bring
We create a cozy resting space, but comfort is essential for an overnight experience:
• Yoga mat or sleeping pad (mats provided, but feel free to bring extra cushioning)
• Sleeping bag or 2–3 blankets of varying weight (blankets provided; sleeping bags not provided)
• Pillow (not provided)
• Eye pillow or sleep mask (disposable masks available)
• Loose, comfortable clothing
• Warm socks
• Water bottle + light snack for before or after
• Journal for reflections or dreams
🌙 Preparing for Your Puja
• Eat lightly before arriving
• Avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours beforehand
• Limit alcohol and stimulants the day prior to support deeper rest and sleep cycles
This overnight ceremony is intentionally intimate, allowing each participant to fully settle into the experience.
