Sisters, you are warmly invited into an intimate women’s circle where two ancient Chinese traditions weave together to guide us into stillness, connection, and renewal.
🍵 Sacred Tea Ceremony (Cha-do)
Within the container of circle, tea becomes a ritual of presence. Shared in silence and received with awareness, it nourishes not only the body but also the soul. Each sip invites us to soften, open our hearts, and reconnect with the sacredness of the present moment.
🌬️ Qigong Practice
Through gentle movement, mindful breath, and meditative stillness, we awaken and cultivate our life force energy (Qi). Rooted in the wisdom of the Five Elements, Qigong supports balance and vitality. This is a practice of slowing down, returning to a natural pace that honors winter's quiet pulse.
Through movement, stillness, and Tea, we reconnect and align with nature in a simple, sacred way.
