Take time to slow down and reconnect with yourself in this peaceful evening practice.
We’ll begin with a gentle, breath-led yoga flow to ease tension, release stress, and support a deeper connection to your body and breath. The movement is soft and accessible — perfect for all levels, including complete beginners.
You’ll then settle into a series of Restorative and Yin-style postures, using props to fully support the body and invite deep rest. Guided breathwork will help quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system.
The session closes with Yoga Nidra — a deeply calming guided meditation often known as yogic sleep — leaving you feeling rested, nourished, and fully restored.
Afterwards, enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea, sweet treats, and optional journaling time to gently ease back into your evening.
A beautiful way to end your weekend and step into the new week with calm, clarity and intention.
