You’ll begin with a gentle Slow Flow in a cozy 93–98° studio, helping your body release the heaviness of stress, travel, sugar, and tight holiday schedules. Then you’ll settle into stillness with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation, guiding you into total relaxation and inner reset.
