About the Experience:
The Sturgeon Moon has long been associated with wisdom, resilience, and trusting what lies beneath the surface. As summer begins to transition into fall, this full moon invites us to quiet the noise, reconnect with ourselves, and learn to trust the inner voice that has been there all along.
As the sun sets over the rooftop, Chelsea Manganaro will guide you through a grounding yoga practice that combines mindful movement, breath-work, and gentle flows designed to calm the nervous system, cultivate presence, and help you feel deeply rooted.
As dusk settles in, Tara Grossi will lead a guided meditation and intuitive self-discovery experience focused on strengthening self-trust, quieting self-doubt, and recognizing the subtle ways your intuition communicates. Through reflection and journaling, you'll leave with greater confidence in your own inner guidance and the decisions that lie ahead.
This is an evening to slow down, tune in, and remember that the answers you're seeking often already live within you.
Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply connected to your intuition as you carry renewed clarity into the season ahead.
