A Full Moon Beach Ritual of Release & Transformation
I am so excited to finally share this event with you.
Out of all the workshops, classes, ceremonies, and gatherings I’ve offered over the years, this may be the one I’m most excited about. It’s something truly unique—a classical Ayurvedic therapy with a modern ceremonial twist beneath the light of the full moon.
Inspired by the ancient Ayurvedic practice of Valuka Swedana (sand cocoon therapy), this experience invites us to pause, reflect, release what no longer serves us, and create space for what is ready to emerge.
Just as a caterpillar enters the cocoon before becoming something new, we too are sometimes called into stillness before our next transformation.
Together, we’ll gather on the shores of Satellite Beach for an evening of grounding practices, intention setting, warm sand cocoon therapy, moonrise reflection, and a symbolic ocean release ritual.
Held by the earth beneath you, the rhythm of the waves beside you, and the light of the full moon above you, you’ll be invited into a state of stillness, surrender, and deep connection. As the moon rises over the ocean, we’ll honor the natural cycles of change, release, and renewal that shape our lives.
This gathering also marks a meaningful transition for Healing Elements Ayurveda as we honor the completion of one chapter and the beginning of another. Together, we’ll celebrate the beauty of change, the wisdom of release, and the possibility of new beginnings.
