Join us on Tuesday, March 3rd for a special 90-minute yin yoga ceremony under the powerful energy of the Blood Worm Full Moon and total lunar eclipse.This lunar eclipse marks a cosmic reset—a sacred pause inviting us to release emotional weight, soften old patterns, and gently awaken what’s ready to grow. Together, we’ll honor this moment through stillness, reflection, and heart-centered practice.
This ceremony will focus on the Heart Chakra, creating space for healing, compassion, and renewal. The evening includes an opening ritual with Cypress essential oil—known for supporting emotional release and transition—followed by a guided meditation to open the heart and set a healing intention.
We’ll move into a slow, nourishing yin yoga practice, targeting the heart, chest, shoulders, and upper spine, before settling into a deeply restful Reiki-infused Savasana. During rest, a Rose Quartz crystal—the stone of unconditional love—will be placed on the heart, with your written intention supported beneath your back or head.
✨ Each participant will leave with their own Rose Quartz crystal, charged with the energy of the Full Moon and your personal intention.
This practice is gentle, meditative, and open to all levels. No prior yin or Reiki experience is needed—just come as you are.
