As everything in nature is made up of energy, everything and everyone can influence each other in both positive and negative ways. This includes our physical well-being as well as our mental well-being.
Energy healing (Reiki) have been used for centuries as a way of balancing the body and mind and addressing physical and mental maladies.
In these sessions you will be guided into relaxation, experience a brief sound healing (using sound vibrations to help unblock energy flow) and reiki, hands on energy healing focusing an specific chakras for you, or a general heal.
We will then form an intention for the month ahead and through crafting and sharing of some tea, bring some Magick to those intentions during the power of the New Moon.
We all deserve some time to unwind and focus on ourselves, and it always amazes me, that even when you feel you can't switch off, it is still an opportunity for the universe to send you guidance. The stillness gives you permission to listen.
