Step into a night of reflection, ritual, and connection. Begin at The Yoga Lounge parking lot, then walk together to the Tinsmith Museum, then along the river and local sites,honoring ancestors and the sacred energies of this land along the way.
Evening Highlights:
• 6:00 PM — Gathering at The Yoga Lounge: Lanterns, reflection, and intention-setting
• 6:10–6:35 PM — Spirit Walk along the river and local spots: Meditative journey with pauses for reflection and mini-release rituals
• 6:35–6:45 PM — Riverbank Ritual at the Shubenacadie River
• 6:45–7:50 PM — Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath
• 7:50–8:30 PM — Women’s Circle
• 9:00 PM onward — Optional Pub Gathering
What to Bring: Lantern/candle (optional), yoga mat/blanket/cushion, open heart.
