Friends, I will be visiting Myrtle Beach and would love to close out June by greeting the morning sun over the ocean with YOU through some sunrise beach yoga.
This is nothing formal, just a chance to connect to ourselves, nature and each other. We will invite gentle movement through Sun salutations and breath as we gaze at the millions of sparkles the sun casts on the ocean. Bringing reflection to our own sparkle.
What a way to greet the day and make new friends.
If you are vacationing or a resident of the Myrtle Beach area, I would love to connect with You.
This is a donation based experience. Pay what you can if you can.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. This is open to all ages, genders, races, and religions/ spiritual practices.
Just bring a towel, water, and YOU.
We will Meet on the beach directly in front of Caravelle Resort (look for the green umbrella)
