Join us at the Lions Pavilion at 1st Street Beach for a peaceful and playful Mindfulness Storytime with Alex from Moonlit Yoga! We’ll begin with a story that comes to life as we practice light yoga poses along with the book. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you’d like. 🧘‍♀️
After our story and movement, we’ll get creative by making calming jars—a soothing craft kids can take home to use whenever they need a little peace and quiet. ✨
This event is a wonderful way for children and families to slow down, connect, and enjoy the beauty of the beach together.
