This event brings together youth, adult, and senior athletes presenting their 3-minute Yoga Asana Sport routines — demonstrating:

8:00–9:30 AM – Warm-Up Class (TBA)
10:00–11:30 AM – Athlete Registration
11:30 AM – Doors Open
12:00–4:00 PM – Athlete Presentations
Divisions include:
• Boys & Girls (9–11)
• Girls (12–14)
• Girls (15–17)
• Men & Women 65+
• Men & Women 50–64
• Men & Women 35–49
• Men & Women 18–34
Final order will be confirmed after the February 21 registration deadline.
Scores will be posted Monday following the event.
