We’re riding to the doorstep of where Texas freedom was forged. Just minutes from the San Jacinto battlefield, this ride carries the legacy of those who stood their ground then and honors those who continue to serve today.Our destination, Monument Inn, sits along the same historic corridor overlooking the Houston Ship Channel, a place long tied to Texas independence, industry, and resilience. Known for its waterfront views and old-school Texas hospitality, it’s the perfect finish line for a ride rooted in tradition; a place to park the bikes, break bread, and share fellowship in the shadow of history.
Join Liberty & Steel RC, a patriotic riding club built on brotherhood, respect, and service honoring and supporting our veterans and first responders and standing shoulder-to-shoulder with those battling PTSD long after the headlines fade. The uniforms may change, but the sacrifice does not.
This ride isn’t just about sightseeing or just putting miles behind us. It’s about remembering who paid the price then and showing up for those still carrying it today.

We will meet the public at 10:00am at the Kroozin' Station (6802 Hwy 35, Alvin, Tx. 77511); KSU at 10:30am. From there we will make a scenic, 54 mile ride to Monument Inn (4406 Independence Pkwy, LaPorte, Tx. 77571). As always, we invite the public to come out, meet the founders and friends of Liberty & Steel RC and enjoy great food, fellowship and the shared love of riding on the open road! Ride solo or bring a friend and ride for something bigger than yourself. Can’t wait to see everyone!
