Join us this Memorial Day as we come together to honor Lt. Michael “Murph” Murphy, who made the ultimate sacrifice on June 28, 2005, during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan.
“Murph” is more than just a workout, it’s a tribute. A moment to push ourselves physically while remembering the men and women who gave everything for our freedom.
This is a community workout, open to all, whether you’re a seasoned athlete, scaling, or just coming to be part of something meaningful. Show up, do what you can, and be part of the experience.
🕘 Workout starts at 9:00 AM
After the workout, we’ll hang out for a community grill out, bring a side dish of your choice and stay for food, drinks, and time together.
Let’s come together as a community, past and present members, friends, and family, to honor, remember, and share in something bigger than ourselves.
No pressure. Just presence. Just purpose.
