Join us on Monday, May 25th, 2026 as we come together to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.We’ll be hosting our annual Hero WOD “Murph”, and this event is completely FREE and open to the public. You do not need to be a member to participate.
Whether you’re an experienced athlete or trying this workout for the first time, everyone is welcome. The workout can be scaled and modified to meet any fitness level.
Workout Details:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
