Manifestation nationale : “carton rouge contre Israël et ses complices!”
Après que nous ayons été plus de 110 000 à tracer la ligne rouge pour Gaza le 15 juin, retrouvons-nous le 7 septembre pour lever ensemble un carton rouge à Israël et à ses complices.
Le 18 septembre marquera un an depuis que l’Assemblée générale de l’ONU, avec le soutien de la Belgique, a entériné la décision de la Cour internationale de justice (CIJ) de juillet 2024 : Israël disposait d’un an pour se retirer totalement du territoire palestinien et démanteler ses colonies.
Les États tiers étaient censés tout mettre en œuvre pour faire appliquer l’arrêt de la CIJ et prendre des mesures concrètes en ce sens.
Un an plus tard, non seulement Israël ne s’est pas retiré, mais la colonisation s’accélère. Les crimes continuent. L’impunité demeure. La famine organisée tue. Le génocide se poursuit.
Le 7 septembre, faisons de cette journée une mobilisation historique. Il ne s’agit plus seulement de réclamer : il est temps d’agir.

Si nos dirigeants refusent encore de faire payer à Israël le prix de ses crimes, la pression populaire continuera de croître. Nous perturberons, nous dénoncerons. Plus fort, plus nombreux que jamais.
Rejoignez-nous, habillé en rouge. Apportez votre drapeau palestinien, votre carton rouge, votre voix, votre colère. Ensemble, refusons la complicité.
📍Rendez-vous le 7 septembre à 14h à la Gare du Nord de Bruxelles pour exiger du gouvernement belge et de l’UE :
- qu’ils prennent l’initiative d’imposer un embargo militaire international total ;
- qu’ils poussent l’Union européenne à suspendre l’Accord d’association avec Israël, au titre de l’article 2 relatif au respect des droits humains ;
- qu’ils renforcent leurs propres efforts et les efforts internationaux pour garantir l’accès à l’aide humanitaire et à la reconstruction pour les populations civiles palestiniennes ;
- qu’ils continuent à soutenir politiquement et financièrement les enquêtes en cours de la Cour pénale internationale (CPI) et qu’ils précisent qu’ils exécuteront bien le mandat d’arrêt contre le Premier ministre Benjamin Netanyahou s’il devait se trouver sur le territoire belge ;
- qu’ils soutiennent pleinement l’action intentée contre Israël par l’Afrique du Sud devant la Cour internationale de justice (CIJ) pour mettre fin au génocide et au nettoyage ethnique du peuple palestinien par Israël ;
- qu’ils se conforment à l’avis consultatif de la CIJ sur l’occupation du territoire palestinien, qui exige notamment l’interdiction de tout commerce et investissement maintenant l’occupation israélienne illégale ;
- qu’ils se conforment également à la résolution de l’Assemblée générale de l’ONU visant à mettre fin à l’occupation par des mesures concrètes : non-assistance, non-reconnaissance et non-soutien au système d’occupation et à toute structure qui l’alimente, y compris sur les plans économique, financier, politique et diplomatique ;
- qu’ils jouent un rôle moteur dans l’instauration de nouvelles sanctions contre les colons israéliens violents et leurs dirigeants, ainsi que contre les organisations finançant les colonies en Cisjordanie et les crimes internationaux à Gaza, et contre les dirigeants politiques et militaires coupables de violations du droit international, y compris l’incitation au génocide.
🙏 Les organisateurs/organisatrices appellent les participant·es à respecter ces mots d'ordre et à manifester pacifiquement.
🚫 Toute apologie de crimes de guerre, d’attaques contre des civil·es ou toute manifestation d’antisémitisme, d’islamophobie et de toute autre forme de racisme entraînera une exclusion du rassemblement.
🇵🇸 A la demande de nos partenaires palestiniens, seuls les drapeaux nationaux palestiniens seront autorisés.

Nationale betoging: “rode kaart tegen Israël en zijn medeplichtigen!”
Nadat we op 15 juni met meer dan 110.000 mensen de rode lijn voor Gaza hebben getrokken, komen we op 7 september opnieuw samen om een rode kaart te tonen aan Israël en zijn medeplichtigen.
Op 18 september is het één jaar geleden dat de Algemene Vergadering van de VN, met steun van België, de uitspraak van het Internationaal Gerechtshof (ICJ) van juli 2024 bekrachtigde: Israël kreeg één jaar om zich volledig terug te trekken uit het Palestijnse grondgebied en zijn nederzettingen te ontmantelen.
Derde staten moesten alles in het werk stellen om het arrest van het ICJ uit te voeren en concrete maatregelen te nemen.
Een jaar later heeft Israël zich niet teruggetrokken, maar de kolonisatie versneld. De misdaden gaan door. De straffeloosheid blijft bestaan. De georganiseerde hongersnood maakt dodelijke slachtoffers. De genocide gaat verder.
Laten we van 7 september een historische mobilisatiedag maken. Het gaat niet langer enkel om eisen: het is tijd om te handelen.

Als onze leiders nog steeds weigeren Israël de prijs te doen betalen voor zijn misdaden te, zal de druk van de bevolking blijven toenemen. Wij zullen verstoren, wij zullen aanklagen. Steeds luider met alsmaar meer mensen.
Sluit je bij ons aan, gekleed in het rood. Breng uw Palestijnse vlag, uw rode kaart, uw stem, uw woede mee. Samen weigeren wij de medeplichtigheid.
📍Afspraak op 7 september om 14u aan het Noordstation in Brussel om van de Belgische regering en de EU te eisen:
- dat zij het initiatief nemen om een volledig internationaal militair embargo op te leggen;
- dat zij de Europese Unie ertoe aanzetten het Associatieakkoord met Israël op te schorten, op grond van artikel 2 betreffende eerbiediging van de mensenrechten;
- dat zij hun eigen inspanningen en de internationale inspanningen versterken om de toegang tot humanitaire hulp en wederopbouw voor de Palestijnse burgerbevolking te garanderen;
- dat zij de lopende onderzoeken van het Internationaal Strafhof (ICC) politiek en financieel blijven steunen en verduidelijken dat zij het arrestatiebevel tegen premier Benjamin Netanyahu zullen uitvoeren indien hij zich op Belgisch grondgebied begeeft;
- dat zij de zaak die Zuid-Afrika tegen Israël heeft aangespannen bij het Internationaal Gerechtshof (ICJ) volledig steunen om een einde te maken aan de genocide en de etnische zuivering van het Palestijnse volk door Israël;
- dat zij zich houden aan het advies van het ICJ over de bezetting van Palestijns grondgebied, waarin het onder meer oordeelt dat alle handel en investeringen die de illegale Israëlische bezetting in stand houden worden verboden;
- dat zij zich ook houden aan de resolutie van de Algemene Vergadering van de VN om een einde te maken aan de bezetting door middel van concrete maatregelen: geen hulp, geen erkenning en geen steun voor het bezettingssysteem en voor alle structuren die dit systeem in stand houden, ook op economisch, financieel, politiek en diplomatiek vlak;
- dat zij een voortrekkersrol spelen bij het opleggen van nieuwe sancties tegen gewelddadige Israëlische kolonisten en hun leiders, tegen organisaties die nederzettingen op de Westelijke Jordaanoever en internationale misdaden in Gaza financieren, en tegen de politieke en militaire leiders die zich schuldig maken aan schendingen van het internationaal recht, waaronder het aanzetten tot genocide.
🙏 De organisatoren roepen de deelnemers op om deze leuzen te respecteren en vreedzaam te demonstreren.
🚫 Elke vergoelijking van oorlogsmisdaden, aanvallen tegen burgers of elke uiting van antisemitisme, islamofobie of enige andere vorm van racisme zal leiden tot uitsluiting van de manifestatie.
🇵🇸 Op verzoek van onze Palestijnse partners zijn alleen Palestijnse nationale vlaggen toegestaan.

National Demonstration: “Red Card against Israel and its Accomplices!”
After more than 110,000 of us drew the red line for Gaza on June 15, let’s meet again on September 7 to raise a red card together against Israel and its accomplices.
September 18 will mark one year since the UN General Assembly, with Belgium’s support, endorsed the July 2024 ruling of the International Court of Justice (ICJ): Israel had one year to fully withdraw from the Palestinian territory and dismantle its settlements.
Third-party states were supposed to do everything possible to enforce the ICJ’s decision and take concrete measures in this regard.
One year later, not only has Israel not withdrawn, but settlement expansion is accelerating. The crimes continue. Impunity persists. Organized famine kills. The genocide continues.
On September 7, let’s make this day a historic mobilization. It is no longer just about demanding: it is time to act.

📍 Meeting point: September 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Brussels North Station
to demand from the Belgian government and the EU:
- to take the initiative of imposing a total international military embargo;
- to push the European Union to suspend the Association Agreement with Israel under Article 2 on respect for human rights;
- to strengthen their own efforts and international ones to ensure access to humanitarian aid and reconstruction for Palestinian civilians;
- to continue to politically and financially support the ongoing investigations of the International Criminal Court (ICC), and to make clear that they will execute the arrest warrant against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he sets foot on Belgian territory;
- to fully support South Africa’s case against Israel before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to end the genocide and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people by Israel;
- to comply with the ICJ advisory opinion on the occupation of Palestinian territory, which notably requires the prohibition of any trade or investment sustaining Israel’s illegal occupation;
- to also comply with the UN General Assembly resolution aimed at ending the occupation through concrete measures: non-assistance, non-recognition, and non-support for the system of occupation and any structure that fuels it, including in economic, financial, political, and diplomatic terms;
- to play a leading role in establishing new sanctions against violent Israeli settlers and their leaders, as well as against organizations funding settlements in the West Bank and international crimes in Gaza, and against political and military leaders guilty of violations of international law, including incitement to genocide.

🚫 Any glorification of war crimes, attacks against civilians, or any expression of antisemitism, Islamophobia, or any form of racism will result in exclusion from the gathering.
