A global self-defense instructor and outspoken advocate for Jewish resilience, Sammy made Aliyah to stand on the frontlines for Israel and the Jewish people. He exposes the rise of antisemitism in the UK, its reflection in the US, and why Israel remains the frontline of Jewish survival.

🍋 Osnat “Osi” Birdseye | Chef & Owner, Olives & Saffron | Board Member, Heroes for Israel Project | Israel ➝ USA
A fearless voice for Israel and Jewish unity, Osi immigrated to the U.S. over 30 years ago. After October 7th, she returned to Israel to cook for IDF soldiers and support her homeland. Now a full-time chef and advocate, she uses her culinary talents to combat antisemitism, build bridges, and share love through Mediterranean food and cultural connection.
Her message: Fight hate with courage, truth, community — and great food.
