What to expect?
- A cosy space, with a welcoming herbal tea as we open the circle where you are invited to share a healing intention for the session, ask any questions and ground into the space.
You will then be guided into a meditative state by laying down, getting comfortable, and breathing into your body. Expect to relax deeply and to be ‘bathed’ in soothing sounds.
-You may feel tingling sensations in your body, experience seeing colours or dream like visions, feeling emotional or a sense of deep love. All feelings and experiences are valid and welcome.
I like to end sessions with some grounding by gently moving, and connecting to our own voices through humming, chanting and singing, helping to bring us back into our bodies.
-Finally finishing with a closing circle where you are invited to share any experiences, ask questions, and pull oracle cards to receive loving guidance and clarity.
- I will also bring some grounding snacks of dark chocolate, dates, grapes and nuts (please let me know of any nut alleries/dietary requirements in the form)
