🔦 Location: The Old Rover Works (Litten Tree), a massive 4-floor site steeped in eerie history and shrouded in mystery.

Age Limit - Participants must be 18 or older. If we believe someone is underage, they will be asked to leave without a refund.

Alcohol and Drug Policy - This is a strictly no alcohol and no drugs event. If we suspect any participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will be asked to leave immediately, and no refund will be provided.

Small groups - We love to keep our groups small and intimate, with numbers depending on the location, but we’ll never exceed 20 people including our team.
A chance to work with our experienced team, investigating and documenting paranormal activity.
