Momma's Table: Recipes & Roots is an intimate culinary experience celebrating culture, tradition, and community through food.

Throughout the day, local chefs will prepare dishes inspired by their upbringing while sharing the memories, traditions, and cultural influences that shaped them. Guests won't just watch a cooking demonstration—they'll experience the stories behind every recipe.

Each presentation includes:

Each dish is inspired by Chef D's culinary journey and the traditions that have shaped his love for food. Your Tasting Pass includes one serving of his signature recipe while quantities last.

Experience one tasting of Chef Vanessa Simone's signature dish, freshly prepared following her live cooking presentation.

Chef Vanessa's demonstration celebrates Caribbean flavours, tradition, and family through food.

Each tasting includes:

• Curry Chickpeas or Jerk Chicken (while supplies last)
• Fried Plantain
• Bakes (bun)
• Rice

Chef Rochelle Williams (KIDS)

Join Chef Rochelle Williams for a fun, interactive cookie decorating workshop designed especially for children and youth.

Participants will decorate cookies from Rochelle's Black Excellence Collection while learning decorating techniques and expressing their creativity.

Each registered participant receives:
