This is a donation-based breathwork and community gathering centered on reciprocity, nourishment, and mutual care. Together, we’ll share space for breath, movement, and sound, followed by a grounding vegan and allergen-free meal prepared with love by The Organic Salon team.

This gathering arrives near Día de los Muertos/All Souls Day, a time when many cultures across the globe honor their ancestors and the thin veil between worlds. This season invites us to remember where we come from, honor where we are, and to breathe life into our ongoing collective story.

We recognize that the month of November carries deep grief and remembrance for many Indigenous peoples. Through our practice, we hold space for both gratitude and mourning, giving back to the communities whose land we gather upon.

ALL PROCEEDS will support Harvest of All First Nations (HAFN) — a Native-led organization cultivating food sovereignty, rematriation, and ancestral care for Indigenous communities across the Denver and Front Range area.

Contribution Tiers (Honor System):
Base $0-15:

• Struggling to meet basic needs or afford new items
• Unemployed or underemployed

More $30-50:

• Can meet basic needs but have limited expendable income
• Employed with some ability to buy new items or take occasional vacations

Most $60+:

• Comfortable meeting all needs with expendable income
• Able to take vacations and sponsor someone else’s participation

• Gentle stretching to prepare the body
• Conscious-connected breathwork journey
• Grounding and nourishing community meal

• Yoga mat
• Blanket + pillow (for under the knees)
• Eye mask
• Water bottle
• Altar item
• Journal (optional)

Please fast or avoid heavy food for 1–2 hours before breathwork if possible.

• A judgment-free space where confidentiality, consent, and autonomy are prioritized
• An active breathwork practice using music, voice, and bodywork (with consent)
• Trauma-informed facilitation from a trained practitioner with years of experience
• A co-created experience where every session is unique based on the group’s intentions

Briana Pharos: multi-certified breathworker, somatic practitioner, and ritual hairdresser — offers trauma-informed, heart-centered facilitation to guide you through this inner journey.
David Waruszewski: yoga instructor and Organic Salon team member — will lead the opening flow designed to ground and prepare the body for conscious connected breathing.
