Music is a universal language and a bridge to inner peace. In this unique "Music and Meditation" event, we use "World Music" as our framework, guiding you through beautiful traditional melodies and contemporary musical elements. Songs are freshly interpreted using various instruments.
Spiritual traditions around the world use voice and music as a ladder to reach higher existence. Tonight, in the urban landscape of Hong Kong, we pave a path back to your inner self with music. A journey of self-discovery is setting off...
The event will utilize the meditation method invented by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970, guiding you to experience the yoga state of "living in the present," and allowing the music to become a signpost for awakening. When you close your eyes, you will realize that the deepest rhythm has always been within yourself.
