Grants is often a financial instrument to support a social enterprise to kick-start its business operations or product launch. When is the right time for a social enterprise to consider applying for a grant? Under what circumstances, applying for a grant may not be the best option for financing? Executive Director | Social Impact Partners
Lillian has been an experienced professional in impact investing, charity, and startup management since 2008. She currently holds the position of Executive Director at Social Impact Partners and co-founder of Time Capsule. Lillian has previously served as Chief
Executive and Director at different local charities and social enterprises. Before her involvement in the social impact sector, she held management and marketing roles in retail and manufacturing. Lillian's expertise extends beyond her professional experience, as she
has also contributed as a committee/board member, judge, and mentor for organizations and programs focusing on social innovation, business, and youth development. She received scholarships and completed the “OSC UBS NGO Leadership Programme” at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2017 and the “Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders” at Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2018.
李鸝自2008年起就在慈善事業、創業管理領域和影響力投資擁有豐富的經驗。她目前擔任Social Impact Partners的執行董事，並且是Time Capsule的聯合創始人。李鸝之前曾擔任不同慈善機構和社會企業的行政總裁和董事。在參與社會影響力領域之前，她曾在製造和零售業擔任管理和營銷角色。李鸝的專業知識不僅限於她的職業經驗，她還作為委員會/董事會成員、評審和導師，為專注於社會創新、商業和青年發展的組織和計劃作出貢獻。2017年，她獲得獎學金並完成了香港中文大學的"OSC UBS NGO Leadership Programme"。2018年，她完成了斯坦福商學院的"Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders"。

Joyce Leung is Assistant Vice President of Group Strategic Marketing & Communications at DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. She focuses on leading the development and execution of DBS Foundation’s programmes in HK through integrated communication plans and championing social entrepreneurship. She connects and collaborates with external & internal partners and regional & local teams, progressively enhances the impact-driven ecosystem in Asia. She is an experienced communicator who is fond of building and enhancing relationships with different stakeholders, and co-creating positive and sustainable impacts with like-minded peers, with her 10+ years’ experiences in corporate communication, marketing, public relations and stakeholder engagement.
