Timetable :
Event Run Down
6:00am - 6:30am - Registration
6:30am - 7:00am - Warm Up
7:00am - 7:30am - Opening Ceremony and flag off
7:30am - 8:30am - 4km walk kick start
8:45am - 10:00am Closing ceremony, token of appreciation and lucky draw
