「Meditate + Create」 at the Park༄

Hi! 👋🏾 I'm a reiki therapist (@rebecca.heals) on a mission to cultivate creative mindfulness in/with community. Join me this month, as I continue a sketch piece inspired by a song called the "The Sun" by Energetic Alchemy. We can't wait to experience what you feel called to create and share!

Please bring a meditation cushion, floor chair, or anything you may need to be comfortably creative while potentially sitting in grass. We'll meet in the west parking lot at 1pm and start walking to the interior of the park by 1:10pm.
