Yoga at Echo Park!

If you're looking to move your body and meet new and amazing like-minded people then come flow with us at the Park! We will meet every Sunday to stretch, connect and practice yoga in this beautiful LA weather. Classes are for people of all ages and all skill levels. I am here to support and guide you throughout your entire practice; holding a safe space to explore new ideas with your mind and body.

A little bit about me- ✨ My name is Nicole Gray. I am a 200hr certified yoga teacher and sound healing partitioner. My intention, through movement and frequency, is to help guide others to a place of healing, peace and self-love. I look forward to meeting you and sharing this outdoor space to get our bodies moving together!

Please bring your own yoga mat, water and any props you may find useful, such as a bolster or blocks. We will be out in the sun, so don't forget your sunscreen 😉 Blankets will be provided to place underneath your mat since we will be practicing in the grass.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in, settled and grounded into your space.

MEETING SPOT: We will be set up in the open field behind the benches that are stationed at the pointy look out for fountain viewing. Enter from Park Ave and Lemoyne St. Walk straight past the bathrooms towards the fountain.

The same side of the park as the kids playground. There is a bathroom located by the playground and we recommend bringing water as the fountains are not always reliable.

PARKING: There is street parking available around the lake.There is a parking lot that you can access off of Lemoyne st. or Logan st. This lot is free on Sundays!
