Diets often make us feel hungrier and deprived, bringing about an increase in stress levels which often cause us to eat more. These feelings of deprivation and unhealthy emotions are often the core problem of healthy eating patterns failing, creating feelings of shame and guilt. This is a terrible cycle to find oneself in, effecting both self esteem and confidence as well as periods of starvation or excess eating which is an awful cycle to be in.
After years of Yo Yo dieting and huge fluctuations on the scales I decided to rid the word diet and embark on a permanent long term solution, which is when I discovered Hypnotherapy for weight loss. I am now three years into my journey and the happiest I’ve ever felt emotionally and physically, everyday was a diet day and I was stressed before even getting out of bed in the mornings, food really was my go too for everything, sadness, happiness, but most of all I never gave my emotions chance to stabilise as I never had routine. Once I mastered this new way of living it had a positive ripple effect on many other emotions in my life. Yes, management of my emotional well being is one of the most important things to me, but diet for me was the catalyst to supporting this journey as it reduced my stress levels drastically.
There is an 80% success rate for hypno-gastric bands which is more impressive than surgical treatment.
During this course the emphasis will be on feeling fitter and healthier, it will still restrict the amount of food eaten but a sensible program of change will be included throughout the sessions. You will create a new way of existing whilst fully understanding the conditions of change applicable to you.
Your course includes the recommended four sessions of Hypnosis (some clients to go on to book further sessions, often 8 or 9 are the maximum required depending on the individual)
You will receive a full consultation to establish existing patterns and needs for the future
You will be invited to a daily group which provides affirmations and support.
You will receive online resources.
You will also receive a personalised recording to be listened to for 28 days.
The introductory course cost is £175 usually £300
