The Ultimate Healing Experience incorporates multiple healing modalities & practitioners into one 2 hour experience including a variety of yoga styles, breathwork, sound healing, energy healing, meditation, art therapy and more!
Fusing these practices together promotes rest and relaxation, calms the nervous system, balances energy, encouraging creativity and self-expression and soothes the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
These experiences allow participants to get a taste of different healing modalities to see which ones resonate with them. Participants will also learn tools, techniques and practices that they can take with them to use in their daily lives.
