Join me in The Old Chapel on Drove Road for a wonderful sound bath! 😍A truly beautiful space to relax and be immersed in sound. Peaceful and calm, a time to unwind, relax, chat and connect. Refreshments included.
Please bring a mat, pillow and blanket for your comfort to enable you to relax and enjoy. I do have items to borrow. If you'd prefer to sit, I do have a variety of comfy chairs to use.
Health concerns: Please do inform Kay of any current health concerns. The sound baths are not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy. If you have a pacemaker, metal implants, experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, have a sound sensitive condition such as Labrythitus or Meniers Disease or had recent surgery (past 3 months). If you have any concerns, please do message for information and reassurance as this is a general sound bath with instruments played around you which can be adjusted. Or discuss if a 1-1 individualised experience tailored to your needs may be more appropriate.
