This is a time to soften, to listen inward, and to let the returning light begin to guide you forward.Join Dani for a two hour gathering designed to help you release the weight of the year and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Together you will move through grounding practices, meaningful moments of reflection, and guided rest. Expect a blend of slow embodied movement, intuitive exploration, and spacious stillness that honours the turning of the season.
You will be welcomed with warm tea and supported through practices that weave intention, reflection, and subtle earth-based traditions. The afternoon will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra to help you settle into deep rest and inner clarity.
No experience is needed. Everything will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
