A thoughtfully paced session that includes:

• Gentle, grounding flow to release tension and steady your body
• Two guided breathing techniques to calm the mind and support focus
• Restorative + Deep Rest practice to fully unwind and recharge
• Quiet reflection time to reconnect before you step back into the season

All levels are welcome — no experience needed, just an open mind and comfy clothes.
