Join us on Monday, 6th October, from 18:00 to 20:00h for our magical Full Moon Stand-Up Paddle Experience, as we close the Summer season.
Feel the energy of the Full Moon from the sea, gliding on a SUP board in harmony with your breath and the elements.
🌊 NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED – all levels are welcome!
We will begin with a short SUP Technique session (beginner & intermediate) to help you feel confident before heading out for our Full Moon SUP Tour
📍 MEETING POINT: Es Figueral Beach, San Carlos (Ibiza)
This activity will be guided by Shankara, SUP YogaPilates‘s founder and Director, Stand-Up Paddle Surf (SUP) professional instructor by the Spanish Federation of Surf and the International Organization of Stand Up Paddle Surf, SUP Yoga teacher and SUP YogaPilates teacher trainer officially qualified in California (USA).

✨ Experiencia SUP de LUNA LLENA – CIERRE DE TEMPORADA ✨
el próximo Lunes 6 de Octubre, de 18:00 a 20:00h, te invitamos a disfrutar de una experiencia mágica de Luna Llena en Stand-Up Paddle, con la que despedimos la temporada de verano.
Siente la energía de la Luna Llena desde el mar, remando en tu tabla de SUP en completa armonía con tu respiración y los elementos.
🌊 NO ES NECESARIA EXPERIENCIA PREVIA – todos los niveles son bienvenidos.
Antes del tour de Luna Llena, comenzaremos la actividad con una breve clase de introducción a la técnica del SUP (nivel principiante e intermedio) para ayudarte a sentirte más seguro remando sobre la tabla de SUP bajo la Luna Llena.

Esta actividad será guiada por Shankara, instructora de Stand-Up Paddle Surf (SUP) cualificada por la Federación Española de Surf y la Organización Internacional de Stand-Up Paddle Surf, profesora titulada de SUP Yoga y SUP Pilates, instructora certificada en Pilates & Yoga y formadora de profesores de SUP YogaPilates certificada oficialmente en California (USA).
