✨Come out & celebrate the Spring Equinox with Sisters of the Moon! This is a community event so all are welcome to join.☀️🌕🐰🌷🫐
✨ We will begin with a community hour to enjoy the food and each others company.
✨Then we will have an opening circle that will include a grounding meditation, energy cleansing, & introductions on how we’re all connected.. following with a topic about the importance of balance in our lives and living with the cycles of nature to bring more healing and flow in our lives.
✨ To end the evening there will be a beautiful sound bath by Glori with Glorify Sound to help calm the mind and body, and ease out of our winter slumber and into the awakening of the sun & all earths beings.☀️🌷🐰🌱🍄
✨Energy exchange is $44 but get $8 off if you bring a finger food platter to share.🥣🍓🥗🥞
✨We will also have vendors at this event selling soaps, oils, juices, homemade banana bread, crystals and more.
✨ Please bring:
*a reusable cup for water, tea, and/or lemonade.
*yoga mat, pillow, & blanket for comfort during sound bath at the end
*camping chairs as we hope to be outdoors
About the Facilitator:
Betty Mae is the host, and founder of Sisters of the Moon. She’s studied the ancient wisdom of mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, psychology, astrology, and yoga for more than a decade now! She’s even traveled as far as Thailand, Greece, Germany, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico for her studies. She is a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Coach and a certified yoga teacher, as well as beginner certified in sound healing & reiki healing. She has a degree in psychology, counseling, human services, & social work. ❤️‍🩹 She is an Alternative & Holistic Medicine Woman, Mindfulness based Practitioner, Sound Healer Practitioner, Advocate & Host of Sacred Healing Ceremonies with Spiritual Retreats & Women’s Circles.
