Modelling feeling focused, kind-hearted and truth sharing humans at the forefront of her vision of growth and expansion. Complex trauma aware through lived experience and human behaviour studies. Sarah-Jane does not shy away from feeling, integrating and sharing layers of abuse and neglect. This has led her on a journey of self-care, love and acceptance, facing fears, letting go of control and surrendering into action. This includes empowering Souls to follow their DESIRE to be in TRUTH with LOVE. Breathwork, Bodywork & Energywork student of God’s Universe.
