Step into a new Reiki journey with this beginner-friendly training designed to open the door to self-healing and energy work.In Reiki Level 1, you’ll receive your first attunement and learn the foundations of Reiki — its history, principles, and gentle hand techniques that allow energy to flow for balance and renewal. This training is focused on self-healing, while also teaching you how to share Reiki with others, including friends, family, and even pets.
