✨ Reiki Level I Training & Attunement ✨Join Reiki Master Teachers Amanda & Amy for a beautiful day of learning, healing, and empowerment as you are introduced to the transformative practice of Reiki.
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing modality that originated in Japan and was developed by Dr. Mikao Usui. The word Reiki translates to Universal (Rei) Life Force Energy (Ki). This vital energy flows through all living things and supports our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
When life’s stresses, traumas, and negative experiences disrupt the natural flow of this energy, it can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or even physically unwell. Reiki helps restore balance, allowing the body and mind to return to a natural state of harmony.
During this Reiki Level I Training, you will:
✨ Receive your Reiki Level I Attunement
✨ Learn the history, foundations, and principles of Usui Reiki
✨ Experience Reiki energy firsthand
✨ Learn the traditional Reiki hand positions
✨ Practice giving Reiki to yourself, family, friends, and even pets
✨ Be invited to attend our monthly Reiki Shares to continue growing in your practice
✨ Receive a 21-Day Integration Workbook to support you after your attunement
This training empowers you to begin using Reiki immediately for self-care and to share healing energy with those around you.
