✨Let's dance! My heart is so happy that we get another chance to dance together soon! What a gift it is to gather our energies, explore movement from the inside out & shake our tailfeathers! What kind of dancing is this?
✨Here you get to unleash your inner rhythm and reconnect with the essence of your being through Primal Dance... a 90-minute barefoot immersive journey blending freestyle movement with light guidance... in community with like-hearted others!
✨Set to a curated flow of music, the session crescendos from slow and reflective to wild and uninhibited, before guiding you to a place of calm and integration.
“Primal” evokes our roots, our connection to the earth and its elements as well as our instinctual life energy. Through this connection, we find the impulse for authentic movement, celebrating our individuality and unity with others.
Whether you're experienced or new to ecstatic/conscious dance, you are very welcome here!
