✨Come celebrate our 1 year anniversary of Primal Dance! We've been gathering momentum over the last year and have had 115 dancers join us on the dance floor! If you've been thinking of joining us, we're in a big space now and there's lots of room for everybody!✨Unleash your inner rhythm and reconnect with the essence of your being through Primal Dance... a 90-minute barefoot immersive journey blending freestyle movement with light guidance... in community.
✨Set to a curated flow of music, the session crescendos from slow and reflective to wild and uninhibited, before guiding you to a place of calm and integration.
Whether you're experienced or new to conscious/ecstatic dance, you are very welcome here!
