WHAT TO EXPECT:

Everyone is welcome! No previous experience is needed. On the day of the event please wear comfortable clothing. Prior to the session eating lightly and drinking plenty of water is recommended. Yoga mats and water will be provided. You may wish to bring a lightweight cozy blanket for your own comfort.

"My spiritual journey started in 2015 after a burnout from my corporate job and a life-threatening experience. Even though I was going through a very challenging time I had a deep knowing that there's more to life than what I had experienced. I dived deeply into numerous healing modalities and spiritual practices and I became passionate about finding out who I truly am and healing my past wounds and traumas.

Then I discovered the life-changing power of Kundalini Energy. After just one session I felt an incredible peace that I had never experienced before. It was a turning point that sparked improvements in every aspect of my life.
