✨ Empire Games Mega Evolution Prerelease Weekend ✨We heard you wanted more seats — and we listened! 🎉
Gone are the days of 4 small events with only 10 spots each. This time, we’re packing the fun into 2 epic days and 20 seats per day — so twice the trainers can join the adventure, battle it out, and claim victory!
📅 Dates: Sat. Sept. 20 & Sun. Sept. 21
🕒 Schedule:
• Event: 3:00-6:00 PM
• Registration / Deckbuilding: 3:00–3:50 PM
• Round 1 Starts: 4:00 PM
💵 Entry: $30, pay in-store/online
🎟 Limit: 1 kit per player — 20 players max per event
Format:
• Sealed, 3 Best-of-1 Swiss Rounds (30 minutes each)
• POP ID required (we can issue one on-site if needed)
🏆 Prize Support:
• 3 Packs for participation
• 2 Prize Packs
• Bonus prizes based on attendance
🚫 To Keep It Fair & Fun:
1. Participants only. If you can’t play, your spot goes to the next person on the waitlist (and you’ll be refunded).
2. Day-of confirmation required. Paying online doesn’t guarantee product — only players confirmed on event day will receive a kit.
3. Kit packaging modified. Plastic wrap removed; packs labeled “For Prerelease Only.”
4. Dropping forfeit participation packs.
5. Waitlist = not guaranteed. We’ll contact you if a spot opens. Link in our website.
